The order processing time depends on the item.

DIY Frame kits ship within 1-3 business days.

Ready to ship crown canopies are generally ready to ship within 2-3 business days.

Made to order crown canopies: if the options are selected on the website, then custom crown canopies are shipped within 5-8 weeks. Other customizations and fully custom projects may take longer.

A custom bed crown canopy is hand-crafted and requires hours of meticulous, painstaking, highly-qualified work. Each one is a unique piece of art created solely by me. I can only create a limited number of pieces, and the price reflects that.

For a more affordable option, you may consider one of the DIY bed crown canopy kits. Beautiful results may be obtained using store-bought curtains or valances, or the optional pelmet offered by JuliesDecor, without any sewing required. We offer 4 levels of customizations for most canopies:

Level 1: Canopy width and color options are available for most canopies directly on the product page. Some options may be priced differently.

Level 2: For some products, a customization form will appear before you place the item in the cart. These options are included in the price and may include color options and also height (up to a maximum). You may also edit the options directly in the cart.

Level 3: For any style of canopy, you are welcome to contact us to request other fabrics or other sizes that are not listed. Additional fees may apply depending on the choices.

Level 4: A completely unique and custom style may be created based on your specifications and room decor. Begin a custom order request for only a $50 deposit that will be included in the final price.

The bed crown frames are created using heavy-duty acrylic, PVC, or HDPE materials, and are attached to the wall using specially-designed industrial strength stainless steel brackets. The brackets also hold the frame rigidly in place. The overall construction has been tested with heavy fabric curtains and is guaranteed to be strong and durable for years.

If you did not receive your order or your order arrived damaged, please contact us for a resolution.

If you decide to return your DIY canopy frame kit, you may ship it back at your own expense within 30 days of receipt for a full refund of the item price. Please note that for international orders, the shipping cost is not refundable. If you decide that you need a different size or different style of the frame kit, please contact us, and we will be happy to exchange the necessary parts.

Custom order items, such as crown canopies, are not returnable or exchangeable, however if there are any issues, we will work with you to resolve them.
