US domestic shipping

We offer FREE standard shipping anywhere in the US on all orders. Expedited shipping is available for an extra fee.

International shipping

We ship worldwide. The shipping price will vary by item, selected option, and destination. Please also note that the buyer is responsible for any local import taxes, duties, and any other related fees.

Sales Tax

We collect sales tax only in Texas (8.25%).

Returns

Buyer pays for return shipping.

Returns & Exchanges

Any non-custom item is returnable for a full refund (except international shipping fee, if applicable) within 30 days of receipt. Custom orders are non-returnable and non-exchangeable, however if you have any issues with the order, please contact us, we will do everything we can to make it right.

The custom project deposit is refundable if no work has been completed yet on the design.
